how to be a less eater :P

Eating too much your tummy need a lot of food or you need food after any 30 minutes we can tell you to how to manage it.


We humans are so much careful about our body but some time it happens that we make some mistakes and can't maintain what we want as we know we are no machines that can do same work every day and every hour so we do kind of silly things some time one of them is eating too much which cause a big error in us like it changes our life style shit it feels like a drug! every time you want to chew some thing in your mouth.

To prevent fully from it we guys just need a perfect diet i know its not easy but as it is said no pain no gain so for this as i said before make a diet schedule if you are a big eater than eat two times a day at lunch time take nothing i know its not easy but as soon as days pass you will feel better and you stomach do not ask for unnecessary food for sure.
